These presets will not work in Lightroom 6 and below. They will only work in the Creative Cloud version of Lightroom (version 8 and up) and Photoshop.
That’s important information to share with your users to ensure they have the correct software compatibility for your presets. It’s always helpful to provide clear guidelines on which versions of Lightroom and Photoshop are compatible with your presets to avoid any confusion or frustration for customers who may be using older versions.
